Retrievy Index
The Retrievy Index is one number, between 0 and 100, that tells you how your environment is doing right now. Every connected data source contributes to it. Every finding you resolve raises it. Every new failure that lands lowers it.

What the number means
The score is bounded between 0 (everything is on fire) and 100 (no active failures across anything Retrievy has checked). In practice you live somewhere in the middle, and your job is to push the number up.
Letter grades layer on top for quick reading:

What the trend tells you
The number itself is less interesting than how it moves:
- Trending up. You are resolving findings faster than new ones land. Your posture is improving.
- Trending down. New findings are landing faster than you can close them. Either your environment is changing or your team is behind on triage.
- Flat. You are keeping up with the inflow but not catching up to the backlog. Worth a conversation.
Where you see it
The Retrievy Index shows up in three places:
- The Dashboard has the global number front and center, with per-module breakdowns and a trend chart.
- Every module page (CSPM, ISPM, SCM) shows that module's own Score with severity counts and recent changes.
- Executive and Technical PDF reports include the score and trend at the top of page one, so anyone reading the report sees the headline first.
What goes into it
Three inputs:
- Your Open and Reopened findings, weighted by severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low).
- Your audit surface (the total checks across all your scans), scaled per module.
- Your exceptions. Risk Accepted and Pending Verification findings stay visible but stay out of the math.
